DIY BioDiesel Recipe [Instructions]

DIY BioDiesel Recipe - Note: This will only work with Diesel Engines.

If you want to help the economy and the environment - making your very own BioDiesel is probably the best way to go. Homemade BioDiesel literally costs nothing – nada, zip, zilch.

Here is the equipment you will need to aquire:

  • Funnel + Filtrate Paper/Cloth
  • Containers
  • (Non Kerosene Based) White Spirit
  • Potentially a Spare Fuel Filter
  • Now – used vegetable cooking oil is what you to get ahold of. It’s is free, and it is debated that it works better than non-used vegetable cooking oil.
    You can aquire used cooking oil by visiting any type of restaurant that uses vegetable cooking oil. You can even ask around your neighbor hood. Get ahold of as much as you can.

    Step 1. Filter your vegetable oil – Make sure there are no inconsistencies or gunk left in your brew.

    Step 2. For every 3.4 fluid oz (100 ml) of vegetable cooking oil you use, add 1 table spoon (5 ml) of (Non Kerosene Based) White Spirit to your mixture.

    Step 3. Allow the brew to set – wait 24 hours.

    And that’s it. Free BioDiesel that packs a punch. Expect around 90%-95% fuel efficiency compared to run of the mill Diesel.
